1987 BENTLEY Mulsanne. 127,000 miles Long MOT. YES a BENTLEY for under £4000!! needs cosmetic work in Keynsham, Gloucestershire for sale

LET's be honest here, this is NOT a beautiful, pristine condition bentley mulsanne but then i'm not asking champagne price for it either. Good points first, main dealer service history to 103,000 miles. it’s got an MOT until November 2015, the mileage is pretty low for a 27 year old car, the engine and gearbox seem fine, most of the electrics and dials work, the tyres and alloys are good and the brightwork is in good nick. The interior isn’t too bad either just needing a good scrub and vacuum. BUT, the MOT has a list of advisories as long as your arm….. mostly minor/cheap stuff to fix but there all the same. The wheel arches are ‘crispy’, the boot lock doesn’t lock, the petrol cap electric release doesn’t release, there are patches on the bonnet and roof where the lacquer has peeled, the drivers door window is stuck, the aircon belt is missing, the outer sills have been (in my opinion) poorly repaired, the brake pads need replacing and I’m sure there are a few other jobs that need sorting out too. Now don’t get me wrong here it’s not a scrapper but it’s certainly no oil painting. If you would like to view it that would be great but please please don’t come here and moan about all the work that needs doing! It’s cheap, I said IT’S CHEAP and with a little cash spent plus a lot of DIY somebody is going to have themselves a right bargain bit of posh! Haggling over the price would be SO vulgar so please don’t!
